Qualifying criteria for new home warranty providers

The Consumer Code was formed by agreement between NHBC, Premier Guarantee and LABC Warranty (the Founding Bodies).

These Founding Bodies operate certain standards of good practice for the benefit of consumers, including operating the Code. Following stakeholder consultation, the criteria for applicants to operate the Consumer Code Scheme have been developed to help other warranty providers who may wish to apply to join the Consumer Code scheme.
